Mail has a few restrictions compared to other media (size, weight, shape, colour) leading to limitless creative possibilities. It lets you have a one to one communication which delivers more emotional intensity than any other medium. The creativity cuts through and gets people talking.
Direct
Mail doesn’t compete with and is not dependent on other content like in a magazine, newspaper or online site. It is actively consumed so it delivers much greater engagement and understanding.
Targeted
Mail can focus on the relevant audience (e.g. by interest, demographics, purchase or behaviour). This reduces wastages – your message only goes to those you select.
Tailored
Mail can be personalised to individuals or groups. That unique flexibility enables greater relevance, delivering greater impact, often applying data already provided by customer.
This year’s last posting dates are 18 December for Second Class mail and 20 December for First Class.
Universal
Everyone consumes mail and Royal Mail provides access to virtually everyone in the UK. There network covers 99.9% of the UK population at 27 million addresses
Personal
Addressed mail is literally designed to reach individuals (unlike a mass market message via TV, the press or radio). Mailings can have a unique design to suit each particular recipient and mail comes straight into people’s homes into their hands and gets their full and focused attention.
We have been advised by Royal Mail that the normal price review effective April 2015 will now come into effect for the following services:

As yet no details of changes have been notified. We should be informed by 5th December 2014. We will publish new prices as soon as we are notified.
Tuesday 14 October is the latest recommended posting date for International Economy (Formerly Surface Mail) to destinations: Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Africa and the USA.
International Standard (Formerly Airmail) Services are available to these destination up until early December.
